Exploring Cultural Identity: A Therapeutic Workshop Series on Home and Belonging

When you live between cultures, something shifts—home becomes more than a place, and belonging becomes something we carry. This three-part online series offers a gentle, psychotherapeutic space to explore the “in-between”: identity, loss, and the quiet creativity that emerges from cultural transitions.

We’ll reflect, share, and connect through guided discussion and simple mind–body exercises to help you find steadiness and belonging that travels with you.

Workshop 1 (Apr 23): Mapping the Limbo — What is home? What is belonging?
Workshop 2 (May 21): The Misfit Narrative — Reclaiming your story between worlds.
Workshop 3 (Jun 18): The Somatic Landscape — Finding belonging in the body.

Open to migrants, third-culture individuals, and anyone who feels caught between worlds. No therapy experience needed—just curiosity and care.
